So are you interested in having a cane delivered? Or maybe the ordered size was not right for you? Whatever it may be, we are glad of your interest and will try to help you as best we can.
Delivery
We offer free delivery on all orders to Denmark. To help you as much as possible, you have the option to choose between GLS package shop and GLS home delivery.
Orders are normally dispatched within 1-3 working days.

About returns
We offer 100% free returns. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, you can return any item within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.
Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Used or damaged goods cannot be accepted.
If you want to exchange an item, the fastest way is to place a new order and send the old item back.
Then you don't have to wait for us to receive the old return.
How to return
Write email/chat
To help the environment, no return label is placed in the box. Write an email to info@vilhelmhertz.com and we will send a return label.
Print return label
Print the return label and place it over the existing label. Then there is no confusion at the post office.
Drop off at the parcel shop
Hand over the parcel in one of GLS's 1,500 parcel shops across Denmark. Probably a local kiosk or one of their own.
Wait & relax
Congratulations, you have done all you need to do. When the package arrives at us, we return the money within 1-3 business days.
